Eilleen Priscilla Richardson-Norman

Eileen Priscilla Richardson Norman was born on May 4, 1973, in Tulare, California, to Elvira Elisa Cotharn and Rev. James F. Richardson. Eileen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from California State University, Fresno, where she formed lifelong bonds, including a close relationship with Francine and Henry Oputa, who became trusted mentors and extended family. In 1999, she married her college sweetheart and later made Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, her home, where she built a life rooted in faith, community, and love. As the middle child of seven siblings, she showed creativity, determination, and a deep love for family from an early age. She cherished her childhood, especially time spent with siblings and cousins at the beach and among the peach orchards of Orange County and Tulare. A devoted mother of four and the mother of one angel baby, Elizabeth, Eileen’s home was filled with warmth, laughter, and open doors. She found a spiritual home at Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church and cherished friendships with Sharia and William Benn, who later became the godparents of her children. Eileen possessed a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She excelled with Mary Kay, rising to the level of director and mentoring her own team. She later founded a property inspection and maintenance company, building it with care, integrity, and dedication. As a realtor and property owner, she restored six properties, transforming them into warm, livable homes for families. She found joy in bringing life back to houses and turning them into places of comfort and hope. Eileen’s life was marked by compassion, generosity, and unwavering faith. She was known for her favorite saying, “I love you more, God loves you most,” a reflection of the love she freely gave to others. On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, Eileen peacefully transitioned from time to eternity at the age of fifty-two. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Na’im Grant Rogers, Cloria Jeané Norman, Najuma Symone Norman, and Charles Norman III; her grandchild, Ty’Leah Shanise Scott Rogers; and countless family members and friends whose lives were touched by her love.
