July 9, 1944 - March 1, 2018
Born Patricia Ann Moore in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to the late David E. Moore and the late Carrie Mae Cooper Moore, on Sunday, July 9, 1944, a day God blessed the world with one of his most precious angels. A graduate of William Penn High School, Class of 1962, she retired from the PA State Lottery Commission. She was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church where she formerly served on the Trustee Board. Patricia loved to cook, travel, play cards, and go on trips to casinos. Anyone who knew her knew she loved to travel. If you said “casino,” she was right there saying, “Let’s go,” no matter where. Her strength, goodwill, integrity and unconditional love for her family as well as complete strangers were more than words could ever express. Say the name, “Miss Pat,” and you knew your world and everyday life experience was about to change. She was “mommy, mommy,” and “gram” to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, ranging from fifty-two years old to a mere six weeks old. She deeply loved her family, and let’s not forget the love she shared with her two sisters, Yvonne and Carroll. On Thursday, March 1, 2018, God called his precious angel home joining in eternal life her parents, her brother, Ronald “Pete” Moore, and other loved ones who will be waiting at the pearly gates of Heaven while God escorts his angel to forever live in peace. She would not want us to mourn her journey home. She wants no more tears, just joy amongst all her family and friends, most importantly, her life partner, Mr. Norris Outlaw. We will embrace him and love him as she loved him and not forget how important he was to her. They say it will be alright or things will get better. But, we say, “It is alright.” Our “Queen,” our “Family Matriarch,” Patricia Ann Robinson, is no longer suffering nor in pain. Our precious angel is peacefully resting and smiling upon us. Patricia leaves to cherish her legacy of unconditional love and commitment and forever lovingly remember her life: her children, Kimberly A. R. Washington, Maynard A. Robinson Jr., Laura C. Robinson and Cherise N. Henry; her life companion, Norris H. Outlaw; two sisters, Yvonne Moore-Fallings and Carroll E. Lyons; her grandchildren, Ceya Porter, Alaisha Robinson, Kaniesha Robinson, Alexis Singleton-Robinson, Laniesha Miller-Robinson and Massiya Robinson; her great-grandchildren, Avonis Robinson, Ja`mir Wright, Miracle Thompson, Justice Wright, Patricia Thompson and Samiyah Thompson; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Lovingly submitted, the family of Patricia Ann Robinson You will forever be Loved and Missed by All!
