Nancy L. Chacon

November 5, 1956 - February 2, 2022

Nancy L. Chacon, daughter of the late Saturnino Cortes and the late Luz Maria Cruz, was born Monday, November 5, 1956, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Nancy was a member First Bilingual Christian Church, Harrisburg, PA. Leisurely, she loved to crochet. On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, while at her Harrisburg home, Nancy transitioned from labor to reward with her Heavenly Father at sixty-five years of age. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Blanca L. Cortes; and three brothers, Israel Cortes, John David Evans (Rhonda) and Wilfredo A. Delgado. Nancy leaves her love and fond memories to her husband, Pablo Chacon of Harrisburg, PA; son, Miguel A. Chacon (Maria) of Harrisburg, PA; and daughter, Jennifer L. Chacon of Mechanicsburg, PA; her siblings, Reinaldo Cortes (Susie) of West Palm Beach, FL, William Cortes (Debbie) of Kentucky, Jose A. Cortes of West Palm Beach, FL, Carlos Evans (Josefina) of Port St. Lucie, FL, Edward Evans (Lisa) of Virginia, Ronald E. Evans of West Palm Beach, FL, and Margarita Warren (Derek) of Harrisburg, PA. Her legacy will also be honored and cherished by her grandchildren, Miguel A. Chacon and Dayanara Chacon, both of Harrisburg, PA, and Josiah Mason of Mechanicsburg, PA; as well as other family members and friends.
