Ernestine B. Love, daughter of the late William Ernest “Ernie” Johnson Sr. and the late Bertha (Jones) Love, was born Friday, January 23, 1981, in Harrisburg, PA. Ernestine attended Steelton-Highspire High School, Steelton, PA, and was a member of the Daughters of the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World. She dedicated her time and love to cooking, dancing, hair styling, listening to music and, especially, outings with her children. On Friday, March 18, 2022, at forty-one years of age, Ernestine transitioned from time to eternity joining in eternal life her parents; sister, Emma Joyce Love; brothers, Eric Love, Johnnie Lee Jones and Rev. William E. Johnson Jr. Many loving memories will be cherished by her two daughters, Lyric Love-Matthews, JaSiah Love; son, Jason Irvin Jr.; brothers, Joseph Love, Robert Love Sr., Lawrence “Petrie” Love, Mark Johnson; sister, Janine Johnson; aunts, Hattie Jones, Queenie Johnson; uncle, Grady Walker II; stepmother, Patricia Johnson; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
