Tina Maria House

Tina Maria House, daughter of the late Norman O. Buckner and Mirl Louise (Pritchett) Buckner, was born Wednesday, March 30, 1960, in Harrisburg, PA. Tina was educated in Middletown Area School District and the Harrisburg School District graduating from Harrisburg High. She pursued further career training becoming a CNA and a licensed EMT. Tina’s employment path included Children’s Care Center, Hummelstown, PA, Harrisburg Hospital, Life Team as an EMT, Jewish Home, Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Blue Ridge Haven, Limo Driver for Yellow Cab and retirement from Hospice of Central PA. United in Christian fellowship with Kingdom Life Christian Center, Harrisburg, Tina was an Ordained Elder, served with the Dance Ministry, wrote and produced plays. She gave of her time and love to reading the Word of God, writing sermons, Women’s Bible Study, playing solitaire, working puzzles, conversing on the phone, braiding hair and encouraging and caring for those in need. At the age of sixty-three years, seven months and three days on Thursday, November 2, 2023, while at her residence in Camp Hill, PA, Tina passed from labor to reward joining in eternal life with her parents; her son, Guy Allsup Jr.; her siblings, Norma Buckner-Totten, Norman “Spankey” Buckner Jr., Darryl “Butch” Pritchett Sr., Denise Dickey, Guy, Gale, Victor and Merle Buckner; nephews, Jermane, Jerome, and James “Skeet” Buckner; and great-nephews, DaeQuann Buckner Sr. and Terrin Golden. Irreplaceable memories will be cherished by her husband, Steven D. House; son, Steven House Jr., both of Camp Hill, PA; daughters, Latoya Gladden of Fort Worth, Indiana, and Laesha Williams (Paris) of Harrisburg, PA; siblings, Carla Denson (Darryl), Harrisburg, PA, Charles Buckner of Enola, PA, James Lynn Buckner Sr. of Middletown, PA, Gene Brown (Glenda), Harrisburg, PA, and Gary House (Davina) of Sacramento, CA; brother-in-law, Chris House of New Cumberland, PA; five grandchildren, other family members and friends.
