Marilyn Allamon Fogal

Marilyn Allamon Fogal, daughter of the late Angelo Roque and Elba Vargas Roque, was born on August 9, 1963, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Marilyn received her education in the Harrisburg School District and attended Harrisburg High School, John Harris Campus. She was employed by the Marriott Courtyard in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, where she worked faithfully and built meaningful relationships with her colleagues. She had a rare and beautiful gift; anyone who came into contact with her felt her warmth and kindness and often walked away seeing life through a more compassionate and understanding lens. She truly loved everyone, and she made sure they felt it. She had a passion for gardening, found joy in music and concerts, and loved traveling and embracing new experiences. She also expressed her creativity through her work as a talented chef. As the owner of her own catering business and a food and beverage director, she built a career centered on bringing people together through food, reflecting her giving spirit. While she carried many roles throughout her life, those she held closest to her heart were being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her world, bringing her endless joy and pride. She cherished every moment spent with them and created memories that will live on in their hearts forever. She shared a deep and loving partnership with her husband, Jeremy, with whom she embraced life fully, traveling, making memories, and living each day with love and intention. On March 12, 2026, at the age of sixty-two, Marilyn peacefully transitioned from this life at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, joining her father in eternal rest. She leaves to honor and cherish her life her devoted husband, Jeremy Fogal; her loving daughter, Marilyn Beaver; her mother, Elba Vargas Roque; her grandsons, Tyler Gonzalez, Tevin Gonzalez, Darius Gonzalez, and Dorian Gonzalez; her great-grandchildren, Kingston Gonzalez and Audri Gonzalez; her sister, Maria Roque; and her brother, Jose Roque. Along with extended family members and friends who will forever remember her love and gentle spirit.
