Theresa Shadel, daughter of the late Clifton Young and the late Roberta Shadel Vennie, was born Sunday, May 26, 1957, in Harrisburg, PA. Educated in the Harrisburg School District, Theresa graduated from the former John Harris High School and was formerly employed as a clerk with Comcast in Manassas, VA. On Saturday, June 15, 2019, in her sixty-second year, Theresa departed this life. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by sister, Constance Barreto. She leaves to cherish lifelong loving memories her three daughters, Shamika Shadel, Tynese Shadel and Carreasa Jenkins; one son, Tyson Jenkins; four brothers, Michael Shadel and his wife Robina of Elizabethtown, KY, Derrick Young and his wife Carmen, Carl Vennie and Daniel Vennie, two sisters, Elista Vennie and Victoria Clark, all of Harrisburg, PA; twenty-three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
