Noemi Colon Maza

August 26, 1958 - January 25, 2021

Noemi Colon Maza, daughter of the late Jose Colon and the late Maria Teresa Maza, was born Tuesday, August 26, 1958, in Canovanas, Puerto Rico. Noemi had a smile that would lighten up any room and a laugh that would immediately brighten up your day. As a member of House of Reconciliation, York, PA, Noemi faithfully served with the Children’s and Education Ministries. In York, PA, on Monday, January 25, 2021, Noemi transitioned from the labors of her earthly journey into her reward of eternal life at sixty-two years of age. She leaves a loving legacy to be cherished and honored by her husband, Jose E. Vega-Ramos of York, PA; her children, Julio R. Rivera-Colon of Penuelas, Puerto Rico, Teddy E. Rivera-Colon, Edilvianiliz Vega-Colon, Jose E. Vega-Colon, all of York, PA; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three godchildren, other family members and friends. Noemi will be dearly missed by everyone, especially her family and the many hearts she touched with her kindness and devout service to God. Our hearts are at peace knowing that today she is resting in the Arms of her Heavenly Father.
