Lillie B. Norris, daughter of the late Charlie W. Burns and the late Lucille (Howard) Burns, was born Friday, April 27, 1945, in Harrisburg, PA. Affectionately known as “sister” by family and friends, Lillie excelled in her academic endeavors graduating from the former John Harris High School, Class of 1963, and Harrisburg Area Community College earning an Associate’s Degree in Child Development. Lillie’s work history included retirement from the Harrisburg School District where she worked at both the William Penn and John Harris campuses as well as Hershey Foods and A.R.C. Zimmerman.
